Patanjali Foods Limited returns and refund policy:

  1. Return To Origin-
    a. When a product is undelivered by courier due to some uncertain reason, we will refund the full amount after receiving the product at our facility.
    b. When a product is lost by courier in transit. We will refund the full amount at the same time.
  2. Customer returns
    a. Customer returns will be accepted only when a product delivered is Wrong Or Damaged.
  3. b. Customer can contact the support team via email within 48 hours from delivery. Our team will request certain proofs of damages, the wrong item delivered.

Note: Customer Returns will be accepted within 48 hours from the delivery date.
