Returns & Refunds:

On our website, www.nutrelanutrition.com, we have defined the process for applicable returns for listed Products against the following acceptable conditions:

Return requests must be raised strictly within 48 hours of delivery. No requests will be accepted beyond this period under any circumstances.
Returns are only considered in cases where the received item is incorrect in quantity, does not match the ordered specifications, or is found to be damaged or defective.

We do not accept return requests due to change of mind. Additionally, opened, tampered, or used products are not eligible for return.

Required Documentation for Return

To initiate a return, you must email the following to wecare@patanjalifoods.co.in within 48 hours of delivery:

Clear images/unboxing video of the received product(s)

Images of the outer packaging and invoice

A brief explanation of the issue along with your invoice & order number

Returns without photographic evidence or incomplete documentation will be rejected without exception.

Replacement & Refund

Replacements are issued only for the same product in cases of verified damage or defect. Refunds are provided only if:

The product is damaged or lost in transit

An incorrect or defective item is delivered (after internal validation)

A prepaid order remains undelivered and returns to origin

Any tech Issue cancellation automatically from our end

Refund Process:
Once verified, a confirmation email will be sent and refunds will be processed within 2-3 business days to the original payment method used.

RTO (Return to Origin) & Non-Delivery

In the event of delivery refusal, courier issues, incorrect address, or unavailability, the refund will be processed only after the product is returned to our Haridwar warehouse in unused condition.

Order Cancellation

Order cancellations are not permitted once placed. However, cancellation requests may be accepted within 2–3 hours of placing the order by contacting us via WhatsApp at 8882052716 or emailing us at wecare@patanjalifoods.co.in. Once the order is processed for dispatch, it cannot be cancelled.

Abuse of Policy

We reserve the right to reject return or refund requests from users displaying repeated or fraudulent claims. Misuse of the return window or submission of manipulated evidence may result in account restrictions.
