You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities conducted under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use. Always log out at the end of each session. We are not liable for loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this clause.

10. Shipping

• Orders are dispatched within 24-48 hours of order placement (Mon–Sat).
• Indicative delivery: Metro cities 3-4 business days, non-metro 5-8 business days. Deliveries are managed by 3rd party couriers and are completely bound by their delivery timelines.
• Title and risk pass to you upon delivery.

11. Returns, Replacement & Refund Policy

• Non-Returnable: Opened seals, tampered labels, or products purchased during flash sales, unless damaged in transit.

• Order Acceptance & Cancellation

1.      Order confirmation: All orders placed on the Website are offers to purchase and become binding only after we send an email/message confirming dispatch.

2.      Right to refuse or cancel: We may, at our sole discretion, refuse or cancel any order, in whole or in part, for reasons including, but not limited to:

§  limited or no inventory availability,

§  pricing, typographical, or product-information errors,

§  detection of suspicious, high-risk, or fraudulent activity (e.g., multiple coupon use, abnormal order patterns, payment anomalies),

§  breach of these Terms or any applicable law,

§  orders that appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors.

3.      Verification: We may require additional information or documents to verify your identity, address, or payment method before accepting an order.

4.      Refund on cancellation: If we cancel your order after your payment has been processed, the full amount will be refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.

5.      Partial fulfilment: Where only part of an order is cancelled, we will ship the remaining items and refund the cancelled portion.

We reserve the right to cancel orders, revoke loyalty points, or terminate accounts created with false information, disposable emails, or automated scripts without notice.

We may suspend or terminate your access if we believe you have violated these Terms. Your obligations under Sections 8, 12–15, and 19 shall survive termination.

17. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Haridwar, Uttarakhand, shall have exclusive jurisdiction over all disputes.

18. Severability

If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Terms & Conditions – Diwali Assured Gift & Gift Card Offer

1.      Offer Validity

o   This Diwali offer is valid for purchases made on nutrelanutrition.com during the festive campaign period only.

o   The offer is subject to change or withdrawal at the sole discretion of the company without prior notice.

2.      Assured Gift

o   Assured gifts apply to eligible orders only. Cart Value more than Rs 3199+ will be eligble for a Free Gift & will be sent along with the parcel.

o   The type of assured gift depends on the value and category of products purchased.

o   Gifts are non-exchangeable, non-refundable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other product.

3.      E-Gift Card

o   Customers will receive an E-Gift Card in digital format (via WhatsApp/email) once their order is successfully delivered and the return/exchange window has closed i.e. 48 hours from the time of delivery.

o   The E-Gift Card will have a fixed discount value, which will be determined by the final order value and product category purchased.

o   The E-Gift Card can only be redeemed on future purchases made on nutrelanutrition.com

4.      Redemption of E-Gift Card

o   The E-Gift Card is valid for single-use only and must be applied at checkout.

o   It cannot be combined with any other coupon codes, discounts, or promotional offers unless explicitly stated.

o   The validity period of the E-Gift Card will be mentioned at the time of issuance.

5.      General Conditions

o   In case of partial or full order cancellation, returns, or refunds, the gift card eligibility will be void.

o   Misuse, fraud, or abuse of this offer will lead to cancellation of the gift and/or gift card.

o   The company reserves the right to disqualify any order from the offer if it does not meet the terms mentioned.
